Return policy
Is your parcel not what you hoped for? That's a shame! We naturally want to resolve this quickly for you. Within 14 days of receipt you can return a product, provided it is in undamaged condition. We do not accept the return of a damaged product.
- The product is undamaged and complete.
- The product has not been used, so only looked at as you would in a shop.
If a product does come back with damage or signs of use, we deduct the loss in value from the amount we refund. This is also what the law permits. Did the product have a manufacturing defect on receipt, or did it arrive damaged? Please contact us immediately, and we will always put it right for you.
How long do I have to return my order?
Under the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) you have a 14-day cooling-off period (bedenktijd) after receiving your parcel. Once you have notified us of the return, you have another 14 days to send your parcel back.
What does it cost to return my order?
Returning our products is completely free if the product has a manufacturing defect.
