PW Diffuser ceramic cups

This is a separate replacement diffuser for your ceramic TIG cup. The diffuser is the mesh inside the cup that distributes the gas evenly. If it becomes deformed, covered in spatter or clogged, the gas shielding of your weld gets worse and you are more likely to get oxidation or porosity.

You do not need to throw away the whole cup for that. With a new diffuser, your cup gets its original gas distribution back, for just a few euros. Replace it as soon as you notice your weld getting less clean, or when you see the mesh discolouring or deforming.

Choose the size that fits your cup: #12, #14, #16 or #24. For some sizes you also choose the electrode diameter, 1.6 or 2.4 mm.
