TW Ceramic TIG cups

TIGWARE ceramic TIG cups are delivered fully assembled and ready to use straight away. They are made of hardened white ceramic and designed to withstand abuse. They are suitable for direct current (DC) and stand out thanks to the triple diffuser system, which provides a smooth, controlled gas flow and a stable weld pool.

The cups are practically unbreakable. They do not simply break when dropped or knocked against something, so you do not have to keep replacing broken parts. Thanks to the triple diffuser system you can also let the electrode stick out up to 5 cm, so hard-to-reach spots are no problem.

They are made for daily work in the workshop and on site, on stainless steel, steel and titanium. The cup size is the opening in sixteenths of an inch. A #12 is about 19 mm, a #14 about 22 mm, a #16 about 25 mm, a #20 about 32 mm, a #24 about 38 mm and a #32 about 51 mm. The bigger the cup, the wider the weld pool you cover. A smaller cup gets into an inside corner more easily.
