TW Teflon TIG cups

TIGWARE TEFLON TIG cups are made of Teflon and designed to withstand abuse. They are suitable for direct current (DC), practically unbreakable, and stand out thanks to the triple diffuser system. That gives a smooth, controlled gas flow and a stable weld pool.

The cups do not break when dropped or knocked against something. So you no longer need to worry about constantly replacing broken ceramic or Pyrex cups. The triple diffuser system also lets you stick the electrode out by as much as 5 cm without losing gas, so you can work on difficult joints and in awkward positions.

They are made for the welder who uses his torch every day, in the workshop and on site, and has no time for broken parts. The cup size is the opening in sixteenths of an inch. A #12 is about 19 mm, a #14 about 22 mm, a #16 about 25 mm, a #20 about 32 mm, a #24 about 38 mm and a #32 about 51 mm. The bigger the cup, the wider the weld pool you cover. A smaller cup gets into an inside corner more easily.
